Chances of getting job after intervew is more, if they call you for intervew than there is high chances to get select after the good interview

The freshers salary is very much low.....it was 8,500 for B.pharm fresher candidate

...lture is not good, The management is not transparent. It is task oriented plant. Appraisal are not based on performance and they didn't give salary hike and bonus They pay salary only, No extra perks. About documents, they are very poor means, they are not providing salary slip, appraisal letter, promotion letter, leave status etc

...ar , no leave. When they are asking for leave, Boss approve 4 to 5 leave only. During this lockdown, Company have cut March to May full salary. No social distancing in plant and bus Employee are just number for them.

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. AND NOW I WANT TO CHANGE MY JOB FOR GROWTHING.
