I really don't like the work life balance they don't provide leaves though salary is good but the top management is good like director and principal but coordinator s are not at all good . School top management should check on there coordinators as they don't support

Management is approachable and supportive. A lot of opportunities to learn, grow and explore.

Dislikes

no dislikes as such, anyone who is looking forward towards growth has to give extra time for trainings and additional opportunities.

Supportive and caring staff. A lot of room to upskill yourself.

Dislikes

Little to no appraisal for newly joined staff. Something is not fair. Some co-workers always try to step on you. Founders should know that some staff abuse new joiners till they quit.

Working with SCOTLE High School, has really been the best part of my work experience yet. With challenging and supportive environment, that has helped me to know my potentials even more, is a best place to work in.
