Senior management is pathetic. No support at all. Pressurizing from the very first day. No proper trainings. Lots of politics in senior level. No politeness. Harsh way to talk. Partiality within and outside the department. Compulsory visits. Negative atmosphere. Sabotaging growth. Toxic environment.

The company is good but the environment and the seniors only want answers but they are not trying to understand the current situation people are not supportive and do not want to grow other employees.

People are not supportive and helpful here and office environment is not good no facility inside and clumsy office every where paper bundles
