My whole team and my immediate supervisor were very supportive and job timing was very convenient.

Dislikes

Salary and work life balance. 90% of the time they ask us to work even during weekends with no benefits.

Management is good. They are moving forward with a vision and are very down to earth in nature and support you.

Dislikes

Very bad salary structure, no matter how hard you work or approval or appreciation from the clients! You always get paid very low "it's like throwing away bread crumbs for pegeons". Work load given is huge!

The work timing is only 7 and half hours. But there won't be any growth in our work-life. The TL's were mostly old fashioned peoples. They wont allow us to grow and will not atall encourage us to move forward. Appraisals are very bad. Team mates are friendly and co operative

Dislikes

We cannot expect growth in salary and our skills will not be encouraged by managers and team leaders. SPS will not allow us to move forward in life.

I would like to thank my Manager and Team leaders for their guidance and support.

I worry about the Compensation part which is very slow and some higher officials politics are there. No recognition for experienced employees.

Very good company to work.there is no job pressure and 7hrs working time.so really satisfied for all employees...

Dislikes

Salary growth per annum between 1000 to 1500 .it's very low when comparing other companies.so that's only the problem...
