I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nothing if you graduated go here work like ungraduated people.

Dislikes

work pressure is too high and also they are blood sucker every day above 14hours working no work safety, if you select an engineer post but his work like loading man and material suppliers. Too much politics is there.
