Loved work environment. Colleagues are fantastic, supportive and fun loving. All teachers are very dedicated and hard working so you get motivated a lot by them. The co-ordinator Miss Saadia Lobo is very sweet and understanding lady.

The pay scale is very less compared to the work they allot. The job is more comfortable for the ones who stay nearby otherwise travelling is time consuming. Company policies are not so good

Work environment is very comforting No too much pressure of the work and no deadlines as such. Salary appraisal quite impressive. Career growth not sure about but surely there is a build up of confidence and personality. Always ready to help teammates. I loved the Scientia environment

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
