Hostile work environment with over-working and excessive micro-management. There is no clear structure for increments, appraisals, and promotions. It depends entirely on relationship with leadership and their benefits. If you are applying for a full-time job, would highly recommend contacting ex-employees.

I liked the fact that the workplace was filled with career-driven women. MAde me feel very special and powerful, and gave me more confidence about my work and myself.

Dislikes

With the amount of work that had to be get done, the payscale was a little low. But I guess that is the ballpark amount for interns.
