Likes

Good to work with Sciemetric canada and north american counterparts. Lot of learning and autonomy given to do designs and innovate. Opportunity to work with cutting edge technology.

Dislikes

Bad pay, Indian employees are treated bad. Indian Higher management doesnt address issues. No hikes given. Poor infrastructure. Appraisal cycles are only for paperwork , no actual compensation given. Very bad work ethic and culture.

Work life balance is good. Stress free work environment and appreciated my work. Recently promoted to senior position.

Dislikes

Nothing much but due to high dependency on of shore client the job security might be a concern.
