There is nothing to like about. They don't respect there employees who is serving them for couple of years.

Dislikes

...me of appraisal and every year give one or other reason. Work load is year high. They give you your department work, other departments work and extra work and won't pay for it. They don't hire new employees and give workload to old employees. They keeps your shift from one department to other in the name of flexibility and pay nothing for that. I sign agreement with other companies to not hire there employees, so Sci Edge people cannot switch companies. No career growth.

I started my career here, good work environment with work satisfaction, I would like to refer candidates here. When I was there I heared lots of rumors about management, internal politics etc etc but I didn't realised, It may be there but nothing different than other organisations. Because it's happening in almost all companies. Overall it was good experience.

Dislikes

Carrier growth and new learning opportunities are not as expections
