Good opportunity for beginners. Supportive teammates make the job easy. Everyone gather around once in a week for lunch and meeting thereafter.

Some policies. Work-Life balance is a problem there becoz of continuous site work.

If your supervisor decides he/she doesn’t like you, they can change your job title and set unreasonable performance expectations until you either quit or are fired. Performance improvement plans can have no timeframe. This is a common practice and happens to employees who have been with the company for 10 or more years. The company says they care about you, but really you are just a figure on their payroll. Also, the headquarters are located in the middle of nowhere so it’s easy to get financially stuck there with no other employment options. This creates a lot of stress. It’s very difficult to introduce new ideas and trying to change the status quo comes with risk. Outside of the engineering field, employees have low grade knowledge of what they are doing. Engineers are overloaded with work with little concern for work/life balance. Management and HR should be feared.
