I've worked as a life skills and soft skills trainer in schoolnet for three years. I felt very happy to teach in tribal schools. It's really amazing and satisfied with my work.

First they don't give salaries on time. They offer you job as consultant and changes random process in salary processing evry second month. Career growth and personal growth is zero. No appraisal no perks and benefits. There is a lot of Politics everybody here have different set of attitude and ego.

People happily work much harder when they feel that their work is appreciated. At Schoolnet India Ltd I felt that all my achievements were appreciated and rewarded. So, I say that Schoolnet India is one of the employee friendly company.

Dislikes

As most of state projects are in collaboration with our State Govt. there are some issues which made the Company to pay the salaries regularly. If they can take Private Projects it can evolve as global leader in skill training and employability.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues to higher manager very low salary but full work no growth, no change in position
