easy timings, less stress, friendly collogues, chilled out boss, some times he gets angry when work is not done. I heard that company went through difficult times, but has never fired any one till date. this is a rare quality in present times.

Dislikes

salary date is 10th of every month, and 6 days a week. collogues tell me that there is no teem outing since 1 year.

... pressure is relatively less... I am was able to balance work and home easily... Faced salary for 2 months, but now it's perfect on time. Company has got very big contracts and is doing good now...

Dislikes

Work culture is bit simple... Not soo highly standardized, we are supposed to multi task... Company size is big I feel some people don't deserve this company...

one of the worst management, There is a lot of salary issues they don't pay on-time... after 2 or 3 months they' will pay (not complety) And don't expect the salary Hike or bonus 😂 we can't enjoy our job here 🙂 no career growth 👎 and no appreciation....
