Salary got deducted if you take leave with other leave , Monday with Sunday , biometric is must, no salary for June untill you get permanent after 3 years, You always required for staying back in school as they have un ending functions ,going throughout the year

...e. Like confirmation time is three years which is not there in any other school. Then the appointment is till 20 May of every financial year and school re opens on 10 or 15 July every year so a teacher looses good two months salary. Then if you take leave on Saturday the following Sunday would be included and it becomes two days leave. Same goes for Mondays. You are not allowed any leave in the month of May, Sept, Oct, Dec and March. If you are absent on any excuse be it medical Salary is deducted.

job security is not there. Anyone can be expelled at a month's notice. Too many activities involving Teaching Staff so quality suffers as less staff for extra curricular activities.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
