Freedom to take decisions based on ground realities & need basis. Appraised for doing something good. I like travelling for work, so the company gives me ample opportunities to travel for business and project meetings across entire north, east and north-eastern India. Honesty and Integrity- Is at par even with the best of the companies in India. non existent office politics & back biting. Trust- This is something that you earn gradually. The best part of working here is that the management trusts its employees. Even at a lower level the trust is always maintained. Job Security- Very rare somebody is fired.

decision making is not as per expectations. Sluggish and slow response from the back-end.

No job security, no career growth, no personal growth, no paternety and maternity leaves, no EL, salary paid on after 10th day of every month, work like a slave. Full of politics. No good manager, CEO is a kindly person.

It's provide the good training to every one employees.And working environment is very good and safe at also nature in surrounding on the company.

The company dislike nothing but increment of salary/appraisal is low.
