Company Policies are not good, Internal Politics is there , No Growth in Positions, No Job Security anytime you will be removed

Good work environment. Salaries are always paid on time . Wonderful products and at Schneider there is ample amount of opportunity to grow as there are different business verticals.

Not much trainings conducted for employees, internal movement across the different business verticals is easy for GM and above while for managers and senior managers Internal job movement is very difficult

Teammates were good, training was good for career growth, salary was good.

I worked for 4.5 years in SEI and one day my Manager told me that today is your last day. It was a life threatening shock to me that after giving almost 5 years to a company, i was thrown out within 1 day from the organization.

...es employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.

No job security ,less salary ,not providing permanent employee

They don’t have respect for their hardworking and experience employees. Instead they believe more on freshers GET and give more opportunities and Salary to Them.
