Appraisal system is not clear.anyone can get promotion at any time .no project oriented appraisal.depends on boss when to promote you

Simply I can say, your are lucky to work here, considering all aspects together.

Dislikes

Salary for junior GETs is higher than senior GETs, due to revised recruitment policies. This must be fair for everybody . I think Schneider is working on that, we can trust Schneider, confidently .

Likes

Schneider have very good work cluture & management. There is huge cafeteria & maintenance is too good. They are much focus on safety, 5S work station in office. Sports & games for entirtment.

Dislikes

Some issue in salary, they are only much focus on on roll employees.

...es employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.
