... company always gives priority to safety. The company's policies are also good. The company also provides good food and transportaion to its employees along with the salary. The team mates in the company are always good and suportiv. In the company, you get to learn a lot along with work. By the way, actually I thought that I will write very bad about the review about this company, now because in this section only good will be written about the company, so what do I feel bad about the company, I wrote in the dislike section below Have a study there. Yes, where was I was going to write badly but could not write because today was the last day in my company, the contract was completed and it was feeling bad even while leaving, so I wrote well. The rest of my experience in the company was very good. To be honest, it was wonderful.

Dislikes

About the company I feel bad at first that you have a requirement in the company but there is no value. Anyone in the company is randomly assigned to any other work on the basis of without any knowledge. Now one gets to learn a lot from some work and nothing is learned from some.

Good atmosphere for a employee during working time.there first preference to the employee safety and next they focus machine performance and next the man power output

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Schneider have very good work cluture & management. There is huge cafeteria & maintenance is too good. They are much focus on safety, 5S work station in office. Sports & games for entirtment.

Some issue in salary, they are only much focus on on roll employees.
