There is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

No promotion not much salary benefits Each year we're seeing salary drops and constantly hearing budget issues Management will gaslight you and benefit themselves They will say inclusion but will operate otherwise and show it off. Add a little spoon of partiality and politics and conflict of interest
