No trainings provided in a strategic and planned way...too very much pressurising and fearful work environment .. Everything for people seems to be fake... Salary rise is too low around 5%...Very poor work life balance... Need to stay back 90% of times... Or else carry your work to home.. Innovation is better part....

.... People have to manage phone calls, daily work and attend training parallely... Salary hike is too low-around 5% average... No chances of going home early and satisfied.... Very much pressurising situation each day...

1st Safety is good, transport dropping and pickup very very good this company, and quality food, salary is good , it is 💯 percent best company than all the companies in jeedimetla

It is not good to give a break at the end of 8 months

Good atmosphere for a employee during working time.there first preference to the employee safety and next they focus machine performance and next the man power output

They have given good protection and policies against covid-19 but no salaries provided during lockdown , moreover salaries wages not paid at regular time period

I am so happy to learn many things and somewhere my skills also improved. even though I am not satisfied with my salary.But I am happy in that from my hands this products are going to different countries.And me responsible for the system

Not here only everywhere the workers have to face this problem.we have big pressure in doing work somewhere we are under rulling system .i am not telling of every staff but some are there to change the system.
