Compensation & Benefit standards of company are really great & above average in the market.

Dislikes

No hike. You'll get hike only if you get promotion. No recognition. No cultural & people values (all these are only in papers for show off). No transparency in policies. Most of the policies are to be believed by just word of mouth by HR or any Managers without any reference.
