Salary given while recruitment is lucrative but job security is terrible. yearly appraisal depends on your manager only and not on performance..

Dislikes

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.

Made good friends or ..torchure in same kind of hell made us friends. Worst place to work for people who have families.

Dislikes

...ce. Continuous and extreme work pressures which led to high alcohol consumption. Many of newcomers left b4 completing 6 months usually begging thier privious companies to take them back even at less salary.

Likes

The only thing good is the compensation and benefits. They provide petrol allowances, internet service for WFH and reimburse claims and give bonuses and salaries on time.

Dislikes

There is no proper life. My colleagues are working even on Sunday's because the job is so demanding. It is not a complete office job. We have to keep visiting clients so that cash flow is maintained and it might not be a big deal for Schindler offices in big cities but in smaller cities it gets very stressful and unsafe too. No support from seniors. They leave you to learn and understand everything on your own. Also the company is too procedure oriented. Anything you do requires so many steps and approval from so many people that it gets super annoying. It might not seem much when Im writing this but when for every single thing you have to do requires approval from 4-5 different people atleast you will get irritated.

Dislikes

...s at all. It is only focused on its own growth. Not good policies for employees. Very poor compensation and allowance policies. Not at all a good place to work in, as work culture is unlike any MNC and conservative. Doesn't feel at all that you are part of a 13 Billion dollar organisation, as employees do not benefit out of it.

They really do care about employees & the benefits except salary are one of USP of this company like helping hands, term insurance etc.

Dislikes

Only numbers matters here at the end of the month, quarter & year sometime overlooked the efforts made by the workmen
