Salary given while recruitment is lucrative but job security is terrible. yearly appraisal depends on your manager only and not on performance..

Dislikes

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.

Training, best for freshers, strictly not for skilled and experienced professionals.

...If joining then forget below 1.Promotions 2.Visibility to higher management 3.Salary hikes 4.credits for your work. Moreover, they will use your talents. You can't get more to it. And strictly be careful about Schindler Talent Radar, in fact the HR is least bothered 😂

They really do care about employees & the benefits except salary are one of USP of this company like helping hands, term insurance etc.

Only numbers matters here at the end of the month, quarter & year sometime overlooked the efforts made by the workmen

Initially they provide training for everything. Alternate Saturday off. Good salary structure.if you are in maintenance then the team is really great

Appraisal politics . If you are in maintenance then there will be lot of work load some times you have to work on Saturday and Sunday

People join because Schindler pays higher salary. And then most of them leave because of the worst work culture. Place where i worked the sales manager was abusive/foul mouthed. Learning is zero there in sales department. Few of the old people stayed there for long timeand now sitting at a higher position which they really do not deserve. Overall i must say dp not join the company unless you are jobless.

Only salary is good here rest all is bad in sales department.
