Learning wise, schindler is best In the world ever i experienced. No one company give trainings Like Schindler Safety is always priority here . That is the best thing here

...care. Leaders promise on their behalf but you didn't get extra time benefits. 2. Salary and benefits Salary and benefits are depend upon 1 thing"boss's favourite" If u are one his favourite, you will get good appraisal, you can come late or never come on same day, no one will ask you. 3. No Job Security here. Your leader transfer you with or without any reason ,but that transfers mostly are without benefits. Even if you approach to HR or DGM level, they again make a loop with leader and not any solution you will get. 4. Work satisfaction:- Work satisfaction is zero Even it will be best place to work if everyone follow company rules and regulations. But everyone loves their own perks. 5. Company culture Company culture is only for leaders . Even company culture is that you cant hire a fraud person and be honest with company for this matter If a leader hire a relative ( with fraud background) here with any information to team and if team will complaint it ,your leader will take it personally. So culture is only depend on your. seniors Even if a leader appoint

Salary given while recruitment is lucrative but job security is terrible. yearly appraisal depends on your manager only and not on performance..

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.

They really do care about employees & the benefits except salary are one of USP of this company like helping hands, term insurance etc.

Only numbers matters here at the end of the month, quarter & year sometime overlooked the efforts made by the workmen

Initially they provide training for everything. Alternate Saturday off. Good salary structure.if you are in maintenance then the team is really great

Appraisal politics . If you are in maintenance then there will be lot of work load some times you have to work on Saturday and Sunday

People join because Schindler pays higher salary. And then most of them leave because of the worst work culture. Place where i worked the sales manager was abusive/foul mouthed. Learning is zero there in sales department. Few of the old people stayed there for long timeand now sitting at a higher position which they really do not deserve. Overall i must say dp not join the company unless you are jobless.

Only salary is good here rest all is bad in sales department.
