The fact that the management is approachable , there is team work at lower levels. Skill set improvement is emphasised and training provided.

Dislikes

...extra hours and expect the same from everyone and when not done they are judged. Salary transparency is very poor.

Salary given while recruitment is lucrative but job security is terrible. yearly appraisal depends on your manager only and not on performance..

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.

They really do care about employees & the benefits except salary are one of USP of this company like helping hands, term insurance etc.

Only numbers matters here at the end of the month, quarter & year sometime overlooked the efforts made by the workmen

Initially they provide training for everything. Alternate Saturday off. Good salary structure.if you are in maintenance then the team is really great

Appraisal politics . If you are in maintenance then there will be lot of work load some times you have to work on Saturday and Sunday
