But please don't join on pay roll through Adecco india pvt limited, am facing problem in pf they had different pf rules and they will not transfer pf amount . schenck will not taking care of issues they did.

Hello Mr. L&T bucket, yes your right there is NO mining dept. he is fake. Actually sceniro is he putting dept. fake only but his review about company is geninue. But You putting dept. Correct but review is fake. Don't blackmail the employees to put good reviews in the social platforms. Your dept. Posting good reviews because they have to retain their jobs other wise you will terminate them by giving toxic work. Operation head is moving smart move by giving guidance to HOD not fr employees. HR is not working in this company. Please do something to employees by the side of HR.

In production /Operation department all are cooperative and good working environment. In shop floor maintaining high quality safety equipment and 100% PPE adherence. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. Nice working Culture. Flexible timings. Friendly management. Highly recommend for new joiners Happy to work in production department, Excellent 3months rolling plan available. so we can plan accordingly. Will get Immediate solution for any manufacturing issues.
