New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Top management and HR don’t response even after so much interactions They didn’t have paid salary of last 2 months and keeps saying it’ll be normal in few days and also no proper updates are given to employee regarding salary.

Dislikes

They are not giving salaries on time, 3 month's salary is not paid, it's pending. HR didn't communicate on mails, no transparancy, Politics, any time Lay offs, Management has only interest in share market. Not a single benefit for employees.

At this time I did not get my three month salary, although if we want to leave they said we will block all your salary and not give any experience letter and ruin your career and by the way this is all true you can ask any developer if you fine number

Work Distribution is terrible No learning The CTO just comes on the common floor and exaggerates about the company plan but has no action/plan and knowledge about it. Company management just there for power and ego no plan for the future just exaggerates about the thing
