Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Learning in all the fields such as 1 enhancing customer relations 2 learning from floor to top management 3 enhanced relationship with parent company in terms of Warranty and business development.

Dislikes

Compensation is average in dealers.love to work in all the fields but salary upgrade is very slow

No production no future plan and it's not suitable for Indian market and India not matching with Sania products.

Because scania not able to sustain in india market so they are firing employees for cost cutting

Company is very good company.teammates are also good team working,job security is year by year good, salary is also satisfaction.travelling transportation is good, learning things is most important in that scania.environment is excellent.good balanced in the work& life.
