There are few managers in the company who are taking disadvantage of their authority, they do gender biased appraisal. They also harass employee because of their personal reasons and grudges. HR should be more proactive regarding employees rights and well-being.HR should highlight the politics from the different team to higher management and control it. And to know the politics HR should do the assessment on appraisal ratings and amount from the same team and highlight the difference which is based on gender

No work life balance, full of politics, If you are not Gujju or Maharashtrian you are screwed, full region based politics, false promise and commitments, lazy HR and what not.
