The ease of Communication and interaction with everyone along with stakeholders. The inculcation of problem solving mindset for each employee and empathetic nature of each colleague makes everyone to like working at Scaler.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about working at Scaler. However there is one thing which would be appreciated by everyone is timely recognition and promotions which is not readily available in last 1 and half year

Work culture has become toxic and hectic in a very short amount of time. We are now supposed to be doing the kind of work which by any means does not resonates to the startup culture anymore. Company is not paying good money for the amount of work it is milking. Better to work in another startup or some MNC.

Likes

Ecosystem is better than many other B2C companies. Salaries are better then anywhere. Work is fun over here

Quoting about transparency but not following it thorough at times happens hence the only dislike

A good number of opportunities are given by the company moreover the voice department particularly is led by very good leaders who really understand the needs of the employee for a better work-life balance.
