Culture solely d4iven by a whimsical boss surrounded by yes men, no scope of strategic work and meaningful contribution, hardly any opportunity of skill enhancement, unprofessional modes of communication, lack of technical/product documentation.

I had 5 rounds of interview with them and no one told me the shift timings. I asked them multiple times the only thing they said was flexible shift timings. I joined the company on 27th April 2022 and after 2 days of joining they are saying the timings will be 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM + 1 hour as they said flexible timings. I said I wasn't prepared for this. This should be the first thing you would have communicated to me. I asked them at least give me 2 days time to think. They said you don't have time and this is it, return the laptop and they cancelled my offer of employment. They were very rude.

Focus on women safety was not much at the time like transportation if female employee working late , treatment with female employees by senior male colleagues.
