My colleagues were friendly and sensible. They helped me in doubts and guided me throughout my work decision.

Dislikes

Company doesn't have clear goals, unspecified policies and regulations, less salary, no appraisals and appreciations. The environment was toxic due to the higher authorities fight and constant insecurity. No rules for assault and harrasment. Poor working conditions. Overall troublesome for a person to work over there. I'd suggest not to join this company, they didn't even provided me my full relieving documents after completing my notice period.

1. Teammates are highly intellectual. 2. Team Bonding and learning together on various projects

Dislikes

1. Upper Management is really horrible. 2. Late working hours. 3. Even if you complete your work but you are not staying late its mean you are not performing. 4. Every Friday torture of long 4 hours meeting with CEO and even that meeting is useless. 5. No Vision of product. 6. You can do direct changes in production with no sense of responsibility 7. No Code Ethics. 8. If you are delivering fast (Even with full of bugs) , you will be awarded. 9. They will try to over pressurize you in notice period (3 Months) 10. Read other comments which are almost same as I said above.

What I liked most was co-employees working with me technical department is awesome and they are quite friendly.

Dislikes

Politics use to win in this company....ideas doesn't carry any value , 6 days working is boring this is the worst part.
