Here as backend devloper, i have throughly enjoyed my tenure, The support from both senior and colleagues has been fanastic, within workplace and beyond. My department head and manager have been especially helpfull. Best think about sbsol is the professinolism, you are only accountable to your manager. Overall, It's a positive enviormnet.

Employee's compensation should be aligned with industry standards, and medical/health insurance plan should be enhanced and meet corporate-level effectiveness.

Major thing is Senior Hr bad behavior and office timings.Office time starts with 8am to 5pm,and that was very difficult for Wednesdays(Hybird work- Wed,thu,fri).I will never prefer this company for any candidates.

i think one of the most important factor of job satisfaction is having a positive work environment. SBSOL provides a platform to express their opinions if its work related or any other. In SBSOL every one are considered as equal so that there is no ego in workplace. Here in SBSOL every one are considered as family member, also we've a well experienced core members for training.
