All seniors are play politics and sleep,but take credit of work. MR's problem not share to company( market related or threat). But company say,do this , only massage forward to MR- do on urgent basis and sleep. Company is in dark 🌑.Head office to FSO all are lazy and sycophancy.

Caree growth is very easy to get the designation if you have a talent or management skills. Work environment is too good Cons: Work life balance is slightly imperfect. Target oriented pressure daily onwards weekends working too. If they change the domain it will be good.
