I have worked 3 years there and giving an honest review... Company do not look for employees satisfaction or appraisal part.. Growth is absolutely slow

HOD's are experts in their respective fields. Very employee friendly company. Company emphasis on learning & development of staff through various training initiatives. Ample opportunities to grow in company in reasonable short time.Very positive Work place culture. A great place to work certified.

The company provides job security to the employees. Employees can rely that they won't be laid off.

There are various things like, no work life balance, the process is very rigid, everything in the process is manual, late sittings till 4am or 5am in the morning, no proper coordination between the internal teams, no proper handover given to new employees.
