Even the Scale-4 Chief manager treates you like his younger brother which is the best thing one can expect in his workspace. • No Sales target for Operations staff. Some AMCs put sales target for opertions staff which hampers the operations related support to sales team. This condition is not here. Operations staff has its own KRA and Sales team has its own, which balances the overall functioning of whole branch.
