...east HRs are doing basic work means many candidates carrier will not get spoil. My only suggestion for HRs in SBI life is please do the basic job for the salary what you are earning if not means don't purchase food or groceries for their family in that salary money

Manager , Management, HR in India Bank bancassurance channel if anyone joins in SBI life means carrier will lost. Please ask those who are currently working in SBI life too

I am working from last 8 year but my salary is very low. If someone working is in other companies and they switched from there to here they are getting good CTC. If you are working in good location and if your assign branch and branch manager is good so you can get promotion but if you not working in good location or your assign branch is not good it's very deficit to get promotion.

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.

...R profile like a puppet.Every single decesion are managed by higher authorities. No work and life balance, salary are on time but no increment very pathetic salary structure. No self respect. No work time. No emotion . Daily pressure. Vary vary bad 😭

I learnt about recruitment, business development, product knowledge, proper training, market identification, prospect screening everything... This base given me stronger now make my leadership skills, culture is very good, supportive operation staff, digital marketing services also digital payment security is one of d best function. I like learning, build relationships with my team, products and culture.

It's issue about low salary, holiday weekend not allowed, some seniors behaviour very rude and harrasment. Company HR not responded after leaving job, some manager HR not understanding what is situation about employee. Very badly speak in front of our team, ts hurt.
