I learnt about recruitment, business development, product knowledge, proper training, market identification, prospect screening everything... This base given me stronger now make my leadership skills, culture is very good, supportive operation staff, digital marketing services also digital payment security is one of d best function. I like learning, build relationships with my team, products and culture.

Dislikes

It's issue about low salary, holiday weekend not allowed, some seniors behaviour very rude and harrasment. Company HR not responded after leaving job, some manager HR not understanding what is situation about employee. Very badly speak in front of our team, ts hurt.

Good organisation for learning Training provide by that organisation is very good Customer service is nice Chain of branch is very good..

...ale without competition Senior manager always gives pressure to unit manager.. They earn 6 digit salary and lower staff salary is only 20k... promote product Boucher to investment own money...mea If you join that organisation get ready for so much pressure with low salary

No work life balance. The sales team pushes things like hell specially in the eastern region of the country. Third Saturday is a leave according to the company's leave policies but we don't get that leave.

Official working days me bhi office bulate hain aur bill pay nahi karte hain personal life jaish kuchh nahi rehta hain aur morning 7:00am zoom start kar dete hain

Insurance advisors get only commissions based on the product they sell.. No salary.. No job security.. Nothing.. If you sell you get commission, otherwise no money.. There r people who make good money as an insurance advisor.. But i couldn't.. Good selling skill is needed to be a successful insurance agent.. Misselling happens all time.. The client interest is not taken care.. Even persons at top level of management don't know the difference between RRR n normal return.. They don't even know what's RRR.. Financial literacy should be given.. All learned persons know that insurance is not an investment but insurance advisors r taught that it's a good investment return product.. And it's also hard to make a layman wise on financial products.. Even educated people are reluctant to invest money in insurance.. Like I said, a good salesman can definitely make money.. But people with client' interest, ethics would find it hard.. My experience is less, not even 1 year but this is what I learned..

There is nothing I dislike.. Good infrastructure.. Brand name s there.. But you have to toil hard to get clients.. Because no client means no commission and you have to reach a sales target for regular income.. No money is given to meet your indirect expenses like petrol etc..
