Salary is credited on time. Office ambience is good

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in the company. There is huge salary gap in sales and operations. Work load is unevenly distributed between male and female employees. There is overtime on regular basis and male employees are forced to work overtime and times cooercive language is used. KRA is not properly set and you don't know on which basis you will be rated. Reporting manager is free to use any misappropriate language and HR manager completely support any misdeeds of managers and does every best to supress your complaint.

Average work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is selfish. Company policies are bad . Appraisals not fair in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow

If you work hard in SBI LIFE operations Job, then surely not achieved goals bcoz they overload you by various task and never ending Task. If you do smartwork , then Your reporting Manager jealous .....

Annual Bonus Rating system is very poor, Lots of work, Telecalling, Home Visit for customer request without any allowance, Old systems, Poor management, No Promotions and Increment. No late sitting -- Eg - food, allowance, etc

They don't pay that we earned. I was eligible for incentive at the time before my resignation. I eligible for incentive in march and I submitted my resignation on april and I survived notice period as per company policy, but they did not paid my last quarter incentive at the time of FNF settlement. All My previous companies paid every single bit of things that I earned. SBI life is the only company I held up with such bad experience. Such a large organization is developing with stolen money from employees like me. I had lost almost 35K

Hr policy is very good of sbi life but Regional HR is Doll of Regional Director and Regional. Sbi life is a good Company like Government job for Back office employees like sales support, Operations department, Account Department, L&D Department and all Non Sales Employees. For Sales person QVP is Good if you have Good Branches and CIF

...e those persons who are working in other companies and switching multiple times. A New Employee can get salary more then those employees who are working here from last 8 Year. Due to state bank sbi life is working other there is no respect of sbi life. Promotion norm is very hard, Increment norms is very bed. Over all this company is only for Lucky person like if you got a great cif or branches a temporary staff can do business. Over all this is very bed company for sales person due to QVP people stay here if Company announced there is no QVP 80% of Employees will left this company.
