... more than 6-7yrs in this company only they can get success otherwise no chance. BDM of Institutional Alliance will never get expenses, allowances & bonus. Only Area Manager & above are happy. All are kaamchor oldies but they will not leave there seats and even president and MD also enjoy this culture. No increment no life. HR (Bihar- Abhijit Saha) is the most incompetent, he will never ans you & never support you he is just like a puppet of RM & ZAM even he is use too mentally harass you when you leave the organisation by not replying you & not giving reliving as well FnF on time. The IA channel employees are treated as temp staff, there is no cultural program, no refreshment activity, no training. Target will never be achieved as business partner bank not allow them to do business because Sbilife gives very low commission to them but seniors will screw you but they don't have strong relationship with the GM or AGM.

Institutional Alliance segment should be close, old employees should be thrown out company regularly promotion & expense distribution should be regularised.

One of the best place for female, I have completed 10 year. Every month end salary debited in account.

Some incentive criteria should offer for back office support. Please instruct to branches avoid to late sitting because its affected to personal life.

Average work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is selfish. Company policies are bad . Appraisals not fair in this company.

Company is good but as per process of career growth, it is very slow. Company's salary structure is also not good. My salary is less than a person who is coming on my position which I had before 2 years

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.
