Their is nothing in them for like.

Dislikes

Their server maximum time down. While opening of account of customer they showed pre check service failed,while IMPS transfer to other bank account then money will stuck (Deemed Sucess),it will take 4 to 5 days to clear. For all those reason customer abuse us ,tell us fraud,that's why I leave working with SBI KIOSK.

Nothing, literary Nothing as a sub ko I get lik 3500 a month, not worth it.

Dislikes

The demand to do SSS never ends and server is always unreliable , block the code this and that, its not easy to find customer to do sss when all you have are regular customers ,its in a village forfoxsake . Do 4 ss and it will be alright and next day do more or get I'd block like watdeefuk .

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
