Nothing is good about this company. Company doesnt give work from home, but those people who are close to the higher management get plenty of work from home.
If you are hard working, no one cares, if you are smart worker, no one cares. But if you know someone very important in the organisation then you are important. Favouritism and fawning are the only 2 qualities which will take you to heights. There is no transparency in the team, boss will discuss important matter with only those people who are close to him. Different department people will be made your boss who will himself not know the work.
If you complain to the HR then HR will complain about you to your boss and your boss will make your life miserable.
If your boss doesnt like you, he will not give you work and will purposely put u in pip.
Competent people have left the organization and those who are here since the past 10 years are so lethargic and useless that you with be able to work with them.
The HR does nothing to remove this toxicity and HR is also lethargic. A simple offer letter HR will release after 20 days. If you ask to change ur phone number in company portal HR will take minimum 6 months.
My suggestion is, even if you are unemployed please dont join SBI General.
1 pay roll is less. Ihave worked with salary of 13000 and comp taken mba person same job 25000salart new comers also getting 20000 salary
2)increment is not done by calibar it is gone by licking a$$ of manager got 2rating.....other also who work hard got1/2. But buttering emp got 4star rating
3)company official are more interested in home life then work life.
4)company dont give opportunity for movement in other sector...tl also guide as a headache. Job if new post are available.
5)working feels good out of office within office it a jail like scenario where lunch break/tea all are fixed...we have to move with team if we are starting not...
