You will get your salary on time. Apart from this nothing is good about this company.

Nothing is good about this company. Company doesnt give work from home, but those people who are close to the higher management get plenty of work from home. If you are hard working, no one cares, if you are smart worker, no one cares. But if you know someone very important in the organisation then you are important. Favouritism and fawning are the only 2 qualities which will take you to heights. There is no transparency in the team, boss will discuss important matter with only those people who are close to him. Different department people will be made your boss who will himself not know the work. If you complain to the HR then HR will complain about you to your boss and your boss will make your life miserable. If your boss doesnt like you, he will not give you work and will purposely put u in pip. Competent people have left the organization and those who are here since the past 10 years are so lethargic and useless that you with be able to work with them. The HR does nothing to remove this toxicity and HR is also lethargic. A simple offer letter HR will release after 20 days. If you ask to change ur phone number in company portal HR will take minimum 6 months. My suggestion is, even if you are unemployed please dont join SBI General.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It my pleasure to work with Reputed company like SBIG, As we grow old here we learn soo many things about banking as,it's very friendly atmosphere to work there .

Here we see lot of ups and downs and unhappy with Salary hike ,and Soo much off technical issues ....and when things start going gud tat time only company doo one or other changes..... that will impact soo much

Office team was good. There was work flexibility. Monthly salary used to get on time. Company never deducted Salary during COVID pandemic period.

Joined this company more then year and half back. Initially everything was fine but suddenly company became over aggressive and messed up the things. The back office process in this company is extremely slow and poor. Even the reporting head was so slow that, literally to issue one policy they used to take two days. Poor support from reporting head. He was not even bothered to check my Whats app messages related to work in case of urgency. He did not even showed courtesy to start the process of company travel claim related to my Induction training due to which I lost my 7000 INR.

During covid-19 period SBI General Support us like our family.Good work environment,culture and here Seniors are very supportive in this pandemic. Great work experience here and our family also satisfy ki I am a part of this organization.

Dislikes

Salary are too low as equal to work experience of the employee.So it request please raise salary correction under certain time period. And in our GMC policy request please increase Sum insured limit under Executive Grade.
