Fix 9hrs working shift that I like most, if I talk about my previous organisation there i used to work more then my working hours.

Dislikes

There is a huge discrimination between company pay roll employees and third party employees.

I do not feel like a job secured in this company because it is a third party pay roll pay. I have to go to the roll

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...round.... I am from 5% category... after working at lates nights and holidays.. no such incentives or salary hike or extra income...

Working with sbi card is helpful to developing skills and knowledge about marketing ,sales and nature of custmors.

Dislikes

Less salary as comparing ti work timing and targets. And have no opporturenities of pramotins.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management
