...ork environment and culture. There is a huge cafeterria and gaming for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year. But this process not available because complete soon but ni hike salary no bunus so

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is zero.

The worst company ever.. and they are fraud they are cheating the candidates in the name of salary fraud there is no job security no benefits ntng

Gives good compensation, job security and the management is good.

Dislikes

The sales department at SBI Card is pathetic. Long working hours (12-14 hrs) with no leaves across the calendar. You need to work even on Sunday’s and govt holidays. Work life balance at this particular department is pathetic.

Everything is good except compensation. Who is not serious about job and wants to do only time pass can easily survive but who actually work hard will get nothing..

HR is weak in the organisation Not able to do salary correction for the performing but least paid employees

Working with sbi card is helpful to developing skills and knowledge about marketing ,sales and nature of custmors.

Dislikes

Less salary as comparing ti work timing and targets. And have no opporturenities of pramotins.
