Sbfc have no ownership quality ... There was no work culture.. They don't understand about employees emotions.. Reporting Boss and His reporting Boss are totally disgusting people..Also they have no sense for the customers views to understand..

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Very worst company to work with. There is no value of HR policies, no working hours, no working days, no balance personal life, no final settlement after leaving the company, no relieving letter. Company spoil your career. I advise not to join the company.

No training. Act as a vintage employee on the very 1st day of joining. Yelling without fault by boss. No leave after 15th of month. First or second Sunday holiday is also given as a favour. No any source a available to know about Product knowledge & credit policy. only talk to you about files login. You will have no status of previous login files.
