No reason to like SBFC. all managers are worst in everything. Broken chairs , old school computers eating employees salary by making them victim . HR s are worst in system. Not giving salary . not clearing cases just taking login fees from customer and rejecting the cases. Work starts at 8 am and 11pm should be in office (godown)

Entire company. Yelahanka branch Greatest ASM Mr Devaraj has no money to run his family . Cheating and begging are his part time job inside office.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
