Management is not clear on what they need to get it done from employees.People leave the job within 2 months because of this.Regionlism and biased behaviour is at par.One director operating from India-Ms.Nithya and the other one is in Canada-Mr.Ramki.All the decisions are being taken by Ramki who doesn't have a clear vision who doesn't understand what is mean by management.Worst company ever worked for. No job security and the management harrass employees like anything by putting restrictions on mobile phone usage and taking breaks.
