Management is not clear on what they need to get it done from employees.People leave the job within 2 months because of this.Regionlism and biased behaviour is at par.One director operating from India-Ms.Nithya and the other one is in Canada-Mr.Ramki.All the decisions are being taken by Ramki who doesn't have a clear vision who doesn't understand what is mean by management.Worst company ever worked for.
