Lot of focus on utilising technology for achieving world class level projects. It had a great culture and cared for employees wellbeing. World-class office space which is not seen in any other energy company in India. Company policies were too good to be sustainable!

Dislikes

Everything seemed to be too good to be sustainable! Less focus on processes resulting in ad-hoc way for getting things done, reminds more of a startup environment.

The work ethic during the lockdown may have gone little bit out of hand. But overall the management and the higher executive support the subordinates no matter what the circumstances are and they give ample opportunities to help you in the development
