Poor management, bulk employee lay off during covid- 19 situation.

...Totally failed to deal the covid -19 crisis due to lack of financial management. Only 25% salary even after operation have been started which is also not paid on time.

Nothing is good in this company. Unethical company for employees.

Management is unethical. The upper management never care about employees they even don't pay them there benefits but the management team is taking and enjoying benefits. Very unethical company and worst HR, CFO and owner I have ever seen in my career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. 100% job security.

1. Free food 2. Salary on Time 3. Supporting staff and mentors 4. You can learn and grow but growth will be slow.

Dislikes

1. No work-life balance 2. It is 24x7 job 12 to 14 hours in the hotel after that, you need to be available over the phone call for the guests and for hotel staff. 3. According to Working hours and work salaries are very less. 4. No fixed week offs. 5. Sometimes no week off.

Nothing. Toxic work environment and really poorly groomed management and managers.

...n Early check ins Sales people promise Early check and front desk has to suffer. Insists on working with less staffs for cost cutting. HR promises an amount before joining but after joining the amount is very less. I could add millions of points
